Stillwater Town Board approves sewer easement assignment and PDD referral

NY STILLWATER — Stillwater Town Board unanimously approves four resolutions and major budget changes. Supervisor Kinowski led the 5-0 vote to assign the Benson easement to Saratoga County Sewer District No. 1, refer the fourth Scenic View Estates PDD amendment to the Planning Board for further review, and approve approximately $120,785 in budget transfers from completed capital projects. Kinowski also announced that Congressman Tonko secured a $1,092,000 grant for water main replacements and infrastructure upgrades on Route 4, pending matching funds.
