NY STILLWATER — The Stillwater Planning Board unanimously approved extensions for two major local development projects. Voting 7-0, the board approved a one-year extension of the Bocrest Fields Apartments site plan for a 312-unit complex on 86.66 acres near Halfway House Road, and voted to renew the R.M. Dalrymple Site Plan for a 16,400-square-foot Lake Road warehouse originally approved in 2022 but stalled by supply and budget constraints.

The renewal requires applicant James Ether of R.M. Dalrymple to install sidewalks along Lake Road and satisfy town engineer Paul Male's review requirements. The board also scheduled a May 18 public hearing on a Minor Subdivision application from William and Tina Maher to convey 81.43 acres on Putnam Road to 43 Brown Road LLC.
